You’ll also manage:
You’ll ideally have at least five years’ Project Management experience within commercial landscaping or civil construction, along with the technical understanding to confidently work with experienced construction teams.
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience delivering landscape construction projects in Queensland, including exposure to TMR specifications, would also be advantageous but isn't essential.
Lead the Project and the People
This role is also about developing the people around you.
Where a Site Manager is allocated to your project, you’ll provide guidance and mentoring, helping them build the skills and commercial understanding required to progress from Site Supervisor towards Project Management.
You’ll help create a project culture built around safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
If you’ve built your career in commercial landscaping or civil construction and you’re ready for a Project Manager role where you can genuinely take ownership of your projects, we’d like to hear from you.
With a package of $120,000–$130,000 + super + company vehicle, this is an opportunity to join an established contractor and take on a role combining technical construction knowledge with genuine commercial responsibility.
