What you will do • Help pupils access lessons, communication activities and daily routines. • Use agreed visual, sensory and communication strategies. • Provide personal-care support only when trained and authorised. • Work closely with teaching, therapy and care colleagues. What you will bring • Relevant experience supporting children or young people with additional needs. • A calm, reliable approach and strong communication with colleagues. • Sound professional boundaries and safeguarding awareness. • QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
