Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage the complete merchandising process from order confirmation to final shipment. The candidate will coordinate with buyers, production, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on time and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with buyers and understand product requirements, specifications, and timelines.- Handle product development, sampling, costing, and order follow-up.- Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A plans, and production schedules.- Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, quality, and logistics teams.- Follow up on fabrics, trims, accessories, samples, and production status.- Monitor production progress and ensure timely order completion.- Communicate with buyers regarding approvals, changes, and order updates.- Check product quality, measurements, specifications, and packaging requirements.- Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.- Prepare regular production and order status reports.- Resolve production and delivery-related issues efficiently.- Maintain proper documentation and records for all orders.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.- 1–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the garment/apparel industry.- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and production processes.- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.- Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities.- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office/ERP software.- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet strict deadlines.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus incentives as applicable.
