Elevate Windows is looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people and want to develop valuable sales skills. As an Appointment Setter, you'll connect with homeowners in assigned communities, introduce our window solutions, learn about their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a customer-facing sales environment.

What You'll Do

• Speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and introduce Elevate Windows

• Build positive relationships through friendly, professional face-to-face conversations

• Ask questions to understand homeowners' needs and interest in window upgrades

• Explain our products and answer basic questions

• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule appointments for the closing team

• Maintain consistent daily activity within your assigned territory

• Keep accurate records of appointments and customer interactions

• Learn and apply effective communication and sales techniques

• Represent Elevate Windows professionally in the community

Requirements

• Personal vehicle required

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners

• Ability to work full-time in assigned residential areas

Compensation

Estimated annual earnings: $80,000–$130,000, based on performance.

This is a performance-based sales opportunity, and actual earnings may vary depending on appointments generated and individual results.
