Client Engagement & Leadership Development Consultant – Remote

This is a remote position.

We are looking for experienced professionals who enjoy working with people, building strong relationships and creating results through effective communication and leadership.

This is a remote, independent, performance-based opportunity within the leadership education sector. You’ll work with established systems, digital resources and a global organisation while developing your own client engagement and business growth activities.

This may suit someone with experience in leadership, consulting, business development, client engagement, sales or relationship management who is looking for greater flexibility and more control over how they work.

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in leadership, consulting, business development, sales or client engagement
Confident working independently and managing your own time
Able to dedicate approximately 15–20 hours per week
Comfortable with a performance-based income structure
Willing to learn and follow established systems and processes
Based in the United States
