The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering a world-class dining experience by guiding guests through the restaurant’s curated wine list and creating exceptional wine pairings that complement our contemporary Mediterranean tasting menus. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of high-quality wine and beverage service.Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings aligned with the restaurant’s tasting menus.Deliver professional tableside wine service including presentation, decanting, and proper serving techniques.Educate guests on wine characteristics, regions, vintages, and producers.Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal wine pairings.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
