We connect top-tier talent with industry-leading organizations across the Greater Toronto Area. We are expanding our footprint and seeking energetic, personable individuals to represent our agency at upcoming corporate trade shows and networking events.

Role Overview

We are seeking two (2) Brand Ambassadors to represent Vera Staffing Agency at trade show events across the GTA. This is a flexible, part-time position requiring 8 to 10 hours per week, with our next event taking place on October 1st.

This is a straightforward, engaging role focused on corporate networking and lead generation. You will act as the face of our agency—approaching event attendees, building connections, discussing our staffing solutions, and capturing prospective business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage Attendees: Welcomingly approach event attendees and booth visitors to introduce Vera Staffing Agency.
  

• Business Development & Networking: Initiate business conversations to identify companies seeking staffing support and gather contact details or business cards.
  

• Brand Representation: Maintain a professional, approachable, and polished demeanor that reflects the agency's standards.
  

• Lead Collection: Accurately log prospective client information and pass leads to our internal business development team.
  

• Event Support: Assist with basic booth setup, handing out promotional materials, and light post-event wrap-up.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong Communication: Outgoing, articulate, and comfortable initiating conversations with business professionals.
  

• Reliability & Transport: Punctual, dependable, and equipped with reliable transportation to attend venues across the GTA.
  

• Professional Presentation: Business-appropriate attire and demeanor suitable for corporate networking environments.
  

• Availability: Available for part-time hours (8–10 hours/week) starting October 1, 2026.
  

• Experience: Prior experience as a brand ambassador, event host, sales rep, or in customer service is an asset, but a great attitude and strong social confidence are key!
