Responsibilities

Conduct proactive field visits to identify and qualify potential clients for credit card and loan services.

Present and explain product features, benefits, and terms to prospective customers in a clear and persuasive manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and facilitate future referrals.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for credit card applications and loan disbursements.

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation in a timely fashion.

Stay informed about current market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes within the financial sector.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of prior experience specifically in selling credit cards, personal loans, or related financial products.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling to various client locations.

Basic understanding of financial services and lending processes.
