VMC Operator

Falcon Precision Products Private Limited is hiring Junior Engineer Trainees (Mechanical) at our

plant in Hosur SIPCOT Phase-1. This is an on-site internship that leads to a full-time position

based on your performance.

We manufacture precision components for the aerospace industry, where accuracy, quality and

safety come first. You will learn on the shop floor, working under experienced engineers and

supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and operating machines such as CNC and VMC, under supervision
• Read and understand engineering drawings and job instructions
• Inspect components using vernier calipers, micrometers and height gauges
• Maintain production and inspection records accurately
• Follow quality standards, safety rules and 5S practices on the shop floor
• Report defects, deviations or machine issues to the supervisor promptly
• Support the production and quality teams in meeting delivery schedules

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (freshers welcome)
• Basic knowledge of machining and engineering drawings
• Willingness to learn precision manufacturing
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of safety
• Ability to work and in shifts
