B2B Sales Hunter – Flexible Packaging & Printing

As a true sales hunter, you will own the full commercial cycle across Flexible Packaging, Flexographic Printing (FLEXO), Rotogravure Printing (ROTTO/Gravure), Self-Adhesive Labels (SAL), and related solutions including printed films, laminates, pouches, and rollstock. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new accounts while building lasting relationships with procurement managers and buyers across key industries in the Kingdom.

Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure

Identify and acquire new customers across target industries in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on high-value accounts in FMCG, food & beverage, pharma, and retail sectors

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent progression of opportunities

Develop and present tailored commercial proposals for flexible packaging, FLEXO/Gravure printed materials, self-adhesive labels, laminates, pouches, and rollstock

Establish and nurture strategic relationships with procurement managers, packaging engineers, and key decision-makers at target accounts

Consistently achieve and overachieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as agreed with senior management

Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging customer needs to inform product and commercial strategy
