Pritika Singh Insurance Agency Inc is looking for a motivated Experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with pre-qualified, warm appointments and help clients find insurance solutions that fit their individual needs.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with warm, pre-qualified customers through phone and video appointments.

• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's insurance needs.

• Recommend and explain appropriate insurance products and coverage options.

• Clearly communicate policy benefits, costs, and coverage details.

• Address customer questions and objections in a professional and consultative manner.

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to close.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.

• Work with the team to share successful sales strategies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.

• Valid Life & Health insurance license required.

• Previous insurance sales and closing experience.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Comfortable conducting sales conversations by phone and video.

• Proven ability to build trust and establish rapport with customers.

• Confident handling customer questions and objections.

• Strong organization and follow-up skills.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable.

• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $36,000–$60,000 per year + Commission
