BUSINESS ACTIVITIES You will be looking and working with your choice of clients - Corporate, Association and NGO Event Planners - and be their main point-of-contact with the aim to source the best hotel or event location for their meeting, conference or incentive. As Meetings & Events Consultant (Associate), you:Select and present the most suitable venuesSupport the client in the decision-making-processNegotiate the best rates and conditionsReview the contract on behalf of the client with the venueRecommend partners such as DMC’s, event management companies, audio-visual suppliersHelmsBriscoe Associates are Independent Contractors are compensated by a fee based on performance (no salary).
