Diagnostic Radiologist | $100K Sign-On & Leadership Options | Oil City, PA

Healthcare United is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for a full-time, permanent, employed opportunity in northwestern Pennsylvania’s Venango County, near Oil City. Join an established, collaborative department of general radiologists supported by experienced Radiology Practitioner Assistants.

Interpret CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and general diagnostic studies. Procedures may include fluoroscopy, myelograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, thyroid biopsies, lumbar punctures, and light interventional procedures requiring sedation. Experienced RPAs perform procedures and support an efficient workday. Breast imaging experience is preferred but not required.

Enjoy Monday–Friday day shifts with no travel between sites. Weekday and weekend coverage is shared equally among radiologists, averaging 1:4. Medical Director and Assistant Director opportunities are available for experienced candidates with an interest in leadership.

The advertised annual compensation range is $500,000–$600,000, excluding eligible productivity incentives. A $100,000 sign-on bonus for the full-time onsite position, uncapped productivity incentives, eligibility for up to $40,000 in additional quality, retention, and onsite incentives, CME funds and days, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits complement this PSLF-eligible role.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• American Board Eligible, American Board Certified, or Canadian Board Certified in Radiology.
• Strong proficiency in cross-sectional imaging and a broad range of general radiology procedures.
• Breast imaging experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and necessary credentials.
• DEA certification.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Leadership positions require relevant experience.
• No visa sponsorship at this time.
