Job Title: Project Coordinator – Customer Onboarding

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator – Customer Onboarding with excellent English communication skills to coordinate with clients and CCTV technicians. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling installation appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and make calls to clients and technicians in fluent English.
  
• Coordinate and schedule CCTV installation appointments.
  
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and technical teams.
  
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, appointments, and updates.
  
• Follow up with technicians and clients regarding installation progress.
  
• Assist with basic IT or technical queries when required.
  
• Support the overall customer onboarding and installation coordination process.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in client onboarding, business analysis, technical support, or a similar role.
