We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Endocrinologist to join our team of specialists. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in diagnosing, treating, and managing endocrine disorders with a focus on diabetes and metabolic health.

Job Summary:
Patient Care:

Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and hormonal imbalances.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including lifestyle changes, medications, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including dieticians, diabetes educators, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive care.

Technology Integration:

Utilize GluCare’s innovative technologies, including remote monitoring tools, wearables, and data-driven insights, to enhance patient outcomes.
Analyze patient data and adjust treatments accordingly.

Patient Education:

Educate patients and their families about disease management, prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Promote adherence to treatment regimens through effective communication and support.

Quality Improvement:

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and best practices.

Research and Training:

Engage in clinical research projects to advance diabetes and endocrinology care.
Mentor and train junior medical staff and healthcare professionals within the center.

Requirements

Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent, with specialization in Endocrinology.

Licensure:
Valid DHA license (or eligibility for licensure) in the UAE.

Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in endocrinology practice, with a strong focus on diabetes management.

Skills:

Expertise in managing complex diabetes cases and other endocrine disorders.
Proficient in using medical technology and interpreting patient data.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build patient trust and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
