This role is responsible for supporting branch operations in payroll processing, billing administration, and contract management. It aims to provide premium, value-added services to candidates and clients while ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing and billing.

📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid

What You'll Do:

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

• Prepare and submit statutory contributions and declarations to CPF, IRAS, and other relevant authorities within the required timelines.

• Prepare monthly payroll reports and ad hoc reports as required.

• Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time.

• Maintain payroll documentation and records for audit purposes.

• Perform monthly reconciliation of pay and bill hours to ensure accuracy.

• Prepare and submit IR21 tax clearance forms.

• Generate annual IR8A forms in accordance with statutory requirements.

• Submit National Service (NS) claims.

• Process and submit insurance claims.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Recent graduate or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Good communication and teamwork abilities
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
✅ Eagerness to learn new processes and systems
