Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Officer – Modern Trade to drive sales growth through modern trade channels. The role involves managing key retail accounts, strengthening distributor relationships, ensuring product visibility, and achieving sales targets within the FMCG/F&B/Coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across Modern Trade channels.
  
• Manage relationships with key retail accounts and store chains.
  
• Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and shelf placement.
  
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth stock flow and order fulfillment.
  
• Plan and execute promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
  
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
  
• Ensure timely reporting and market feedback to management.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Modern Trade Sales.
  
• Experience in FMCG, F&B, Beverage, or Coffee industry is mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations and distribution networks.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
