BIM Engineer

We are looking for a BIM Engineer with 4+ years of experience in BIM modelling, electrical projects and construction documentation, preferably with exposure to data center or MEP projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 2D/3D BIM models and drawings using Autodesk Revit, particularly for electrical systems.
  
• Prepare and update as-built models and drawings, including scan-to-BIM/scan alignment activities.
  
• Review, identify, and resolve BIM coordination issues using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
  
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
  
• Prepare and update electrical, lighting, small power, construction, and coordination drawings.
  
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
  
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project/BIM standards.
  
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to resolve technical, modelling, and coordination issues.
  
• Maintain project documentation and BIM deliverables in accordance with established BIM standards and workflows.
  
• Manage assigned modelling and documentation activities independently and ensure timely completion as per project requirements.
  

Requirements

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering/ Civil/Mechanical.
  
• 4+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and electrical/MEP projects.
  
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit, particularly for electrical BIM modelling.
  
• Mandatory experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
  
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
  
• Experience in electrical projects, including lighting and small power systems.
  
• Experience in data center projects is preferred.
  
• Experience in 2D/3D modelling, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
  
• Understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution.
  
• Experience with scan-to-BIM / point cloud or scan alignment will be an advantage.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage assigned deliverables, and meet project deadlines.
  
• Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
