About the role

Wedded Wonderland creates destination weddings, honeymoons and milestone celebrations for couples around the world. We are inviting experienced travel advisors in Colombia to join us as Wonderland Advisors: independent partners who look after our clients' travel and celebrations.

What you'll look after

• Our clients. Couples and families who come to Wedded Wonderland through our brand, our events and our venue and planner partners.

• The whole celebration. The couple's honeymoon, and the family and friends who travel to celebrate with them.

• Journeys built for each client. Custom luxury journeys and travel packages, designed with our product team, our travel and business suppliers and our destination management companies (DMCs).

• Our collection. Hotels, villas, venues, experiences and celebration partners across our product range.

• Your own business, on your own schedule.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a travel advisor or consultant, with a premium clientele

• A warm, considered way with clients, in person and on WhatsApp, email and phone

• Knowledge of Colombia and the wider region

• The independence to run your own business

Nice to have

• Destination weddings, honeymoons or group travel

• Spanish and English

• Relationships with hotels, venues or suppliers in Colombia

• A background in luxury concierge, luxury brands, or media, PR or destination tourism agencies

The partnership

• Our clients and our brand

• A place at Wedded World and the most luxurious events in Colombia, representing Wedded Wonderland

• Perks for you and your clients through Virtuoso and our preferred partner programs with Four Seasons, Marriott (The Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis), Hilton (Waldorf Astoria), Hyatt (Park Hyatt), Mandarin Oriental, Belmond and Rosewood

• Access to luxury family trips at some of the world's best resorts

• Our hotel, venue and supplier partners, with preferred rates

• A team behind you for ticketing, payments, accounting and operations, plus marketing and distribution

• Partners share in every celebration they look after
