Seeking a Trust & Estates Associate to support a practice serving individuals and families with estate planning. Strong opportunity for meaningful responsibility, professional development, and a path toward future leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents
  • Assist clients with planning strategies tailored to their goals and circumstances
  • Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated T&E matters
  • Develop increasing responsibility for client relationships and matters

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of Trusts & Estates experience preferred (1-2 years considered if drafting ability and overall fit are particularly strong)
  • Demonstrated estate-planning drafting experience (wills, trusts, related documents)
  • Strong research, writing, communication, and client-service skills

Potential salary flexibility for the right candidate and additional experience.
