The Growth Engine (Acquisition & Sales):

• Own the Journey: Map and optimize every touchpoint of the patient life cycle (onboarding, wait times, follow-ups, billing, etc).

• Feedback Loops: Use data and patient feedback to constantly iterate and improve our service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven Track Record: 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Growth Marketing (experience in Healthcare, Aesthetics, or Hospitality is a huge plus).
• Leadership: Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing analytics, and lead generation tools.
• Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage.
