Position Title: Planning Manager - Aluminum & Façade Projects Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 18,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the trusted names in metal fabrication, based in Dubai. Job Description: ? Lead project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for aluminium and façade projects across design, fabrication, and installation stages. ? Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project while coordinating with engineering, procurement, production, and site teams. ? Monitor project progress, analyze delays, manage KPIs, and implement recovery plans to ensure timely project delivery. ? Optimize manpower, materials, and resource allocation while supporting risk management, EOT analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: • Male, age 45 or below, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in the aluminium façade, curtain wall, or construction industry. • Strong knowledge of façade systems, fabrication processes, and installation sequencing. • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
