Roles & Responsibilities

Visit doctors, clinics, and chemists daily in your assigned area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners.
Onboard new doctors into the Nvron Clinical Partner Network.
Achieve monthly sales and partner-enrollment targets.
Update daily visit reports in the company system (Zoho).
Collect market and competitor feedback from the field.
Coordinate with the head office team for orders and follow-ups.
Field job (willingness to travel everyday to any states)

Requirements

Skills Required

Confident communication in Tamil (English is a plus).
2+ years of field sales experience.
Ability to build trust with doctors and customers.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic smartphone skills (for reporting apps).
Own a two-wheeler with a valid license.
English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu ( Any 1 additional language is a plus)

Minimum Qualification - 12th standard pass (any degree is an added advantage).
