Senior System Engineer - Public Cloud

🌟 We're Hiring: Systems Engineer – Public Cloud! 🌟

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Systems Engineer – Public Cloud to join our team! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure management, particularly Microsoft Azure, along with strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills.

📍 Location: Taguig City

⏰ Work Mode: Work Onsite (3 months), Hybrid after.

💼 Role: Senior Systems Engineer – Public Cloud

☁️ What You'll Do:

🔧 Provide Level 2 support for managed public cloud services and resolve technical issues

☁️ Build, deploy, manage, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure

🛠️ Implement technical change requests and fulfill customer service requests

🚀 Configure and automate cloud environments using scripting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps best practices

📊 Monitor cloud systems, troubleshoot incidents, and drive continuous service improvement

📝 Maintain technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams, and accurate service records

🤝 Collaborate with senior engineers and global teams to deliver excellent customer support

📢 Communicate technical updates and solutions clearly to customers

🔄 Participate in ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management

🌙 Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation

✅ What We're Looking For:

☁️ Proficiency in Microsoft Azure infrastructure management

🔐 Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and general infrastructure management

💻 Experience with scripting, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

⚙️ Familiarity with GitOps, DevOps practices, and the ITIL framework

🔍 Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

📅 At least 5 years of IT experience, preferably in a cloud or server support role

🏢 Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is an advantage

🌐 Knowledge of other cloud platforms, networking, Linux, Kubernetes, security, or server management is a plus

🎓 Commitment to professional development and obtaining relevant certifications, with Azure Associate-level certifications highly desirable
