Chartered Building Surveyor

A new career opportunity with a leading, independently owned Real Estate Consultancy; we're looking for an experienced and fully (MRICS) qualified Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham based team.  With a strong national presence in Building Consultancy this firm has an enviable client base working across sectors such as commercial and industrial, retail, residential and more.  They provide a full range of professional surveying services as well as associated project management services.  Sustainability is very much at the forefront of what they do.  Given the breadth of their work, there is scope to pick up instructions in any of these areas as preferred.

Beyond your technical expertise as a Building Surveyor, we would also expect you to be comfortable in mentoring and developing more junior team members.  A client facing role of this nature also demands strong communication skills as well as the ability to manage and develop existing business.
