Leadership Development & Communications Consultant

Are you an experienced professional with strong communication, leadership and people-development skills?

We’re expanding within the personal development and leadership education sector and are connecting with self-directed professionals looking for a more flexible way to work.

This independent remote role brings together communication, leadership development, relationship building and client engagement within an established global business.

You’ll use digital marketing strategies to generate enquiries, connect with individuals interested in leadership and personal development programs, follow a structured communication process and manage your own day-to-day activity.

This is a performance-based position, with established systems, step-by-step training and ongoing professional development provided.

Many people begin alongside existing commitments, with around 15–20 hours per week.

Requirements

You’ll ideally be a confident communicator, organised and self-directed, comfortable working independently, and open to learning new digital marketing and client-development skills.

8+ years of professional experience preferred.

Not suitable for students or those new to the workforce.
