Ajialouna is seeking an accountant with the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a business involving retail, food & beverage, inventory, and/or rentals.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience with accounting software/ERP and POS systems.

Strong Excel skills.

Experience with inventory accounting and bank/cash reconciliation.

Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile cash, petty cash, POS, and bank accounts.

Record and monitor sales, purchases, inventory, and COGS.

Record showroom finished-goods sales and inventory.

Manage rental-space invoices, collections, and deposits.

Record and monitor building operating expenses such as utilities, maintenance, cleaning, and security.

Perform inventory counts and reconciliations.

Prepare monthly financial reports and profitability reports for each activity.

Monitor budget vs. actual expenses.

Ensure proper documentation and internal controls.

Assist with tax/VAT, audit, and year-end closing.
