Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail XStore Development Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in XStore POS development, customization, integrations, and production support within global retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, customize and enhance Oracle Retail XStore POS solutions.
Work with XStore Architecture, XStore Office, POSLog, Extension Framework, business components, event listeners and transaction workflows.
Customize XStore JET UI, screens, forms, dashboards and user experiences.
Design integrations with ERP, Inventory, Pricing, Loyalty, Customer, Payment and Omnichannel platforms.
Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions.
Work on solution design, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, code reviews and troubleshooting.
Support SIT, UAT, deployments, upgrades, migrations, store rollouts, hypercare and production stabilization.
Resolve defects and provide production support.
Apply strong understanding of retail processes including Sales, Returns, Exchanges, Promotions, Loyalty, Inventory and Store Operations.
