We’re hiring a Legal Manager for our client, a premier fintech platform in the NBFC and P2P lending sector.

As the Legal Manager, your responsibilities would be:

• Provide legal guidance across NBFC, Fintech & P2P lending, including commercial agreements.
  
• Ensure RBI compliance and update internal policies as per regulatory changes.
  
• Manage litigation, arbitration & dispute resolution with external legal counsel.
  
• Oversee corporate secretarial compliance, including Companies Act and ROC/RBI filings.
  
• Support M&A, joint ventures & fundraising through legal due diligence and risk management.
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of Legal & Secretarial experience, preferably in NBFC, Fintech or P2P lending.
  
• Strong knowledge of RBI, MCA & SEBI regulations for NBFCs and Fintechs.
  
• Expertise in Corporate Governance, Company Law & Secretarial Compliance.
  
• Strong skills in Legal Drafting, Contract Negotiation & Multi-project Management.
  
• Proven leadership, ownership, accountability & strategic decision-making.
