What You'll Do:

📝 Manage all phases of insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution

🤝 Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

🔍 Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses

📑 Advise clients on case strategy and risk assessment

💬 Negotiate settlements effectively when appropriate

📈 Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive client service

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 8 years of insurance defense litigation experience

✅ Active license to practice law in New Jersey (additional states a plus)

✅ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

✅ Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

✅ Excellent writing and research abilities
