JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM)
  
• Licenses: Active South Carolina medical license required
  
• Active DEA and CSR
• Other Qualifications: Clean background and no malpractice claims required
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients aged 12 and older.
  
• Manage approximately 20 patients per day in an outpatient clinic setting.
  
• Perform routine physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
  
• Coordinate patient care with referrals and follow-up as needed.
  
• Document patient encounters and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
