Requirements

Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to unify customer data across multiple source systems, including CRM, QuickBooks, DMS, Twilio, and Salesforce.
The role will focus on identity resolution, data harmonization, migration, integrations, and AI initiatives.
Lead solution design for Salesforce Data Cloud as the central data harmonization and identity resolution layer.
Define and implement matching, reconciliation, and survivorship rules to establish a unified customer identity.
Conduct initial data audits across source systems and support early migration planning.
Design the Data Cloud foundation, including ingestion connectors, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and identity resolution rulesets.
Define integration architecture covering real-time and batch/near-real-time connectivity patterns.
Provide architectural guidance across data migration, integrations, and Agentforce/AI use cases.
Good communication skills.
Salesforce Data Cloud certification with hands-on implementation experience.
Proven hands-on experience in identity resolution and data harmonization using Salesforce Data Cloud.
Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, including source analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover.
Experience designing real-time and batch/near-real-time integration architectures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment while maintaining data quality and accuracy.
Experience with Litify or other Salesforce-based legal/case-management platforms.
Exposure to Agentforce or other Salesforce AI-driven agent capabilities.
