This is an opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience, develop valuable communication skills, and grow with a team that works directly with homeowners. You'll spend your day meeting people in assigned communities, learning about their needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives.

No previous sales experience is required. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and enjoy working with people, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Meet and speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods

• Introduce Elevate Windows and provide basic information about our products

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and interests

• Build rapport through friendly and professional conversations

• Identify and qualify homeowners who are interested in learning more

• Schedule appointments for members of the sales team

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments

• Manage your daily activities and assigned territory

• Work toward individual activity and appointment goals

• Represent Elevate Windows professionally in the community

Requirements

• Personal vehicle required for travel within your assigned territory

Compensation

Successful Appointment Setters may earn approximately $90,000–$140,000 per year, depending on individual performance and appointments generated.

Actual earnings may vary based on performance and applicable compensation terms.
