Duties

• Provide personalized service to residents and guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations with a warm, professional demeanor
  
• Manage household schedules, including coordinating appointments, events, and travel arrangements with efficiency and discretion
  
• Oversee household staff supervision, including training, scheduling, and quality control of housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and childcare staff
  
• Plan and execute elegant events and gatherings within the residence, from small dinners to larger celebrations
  
• Handle household management tasks such as property maintenance coordination, inventory control, and vendor relations
  
• Perform residential cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a pristine environment at all times
  
• Prepare meals or coordinate with chefs for cooking duties that meet the residents’ preferences and dietary needs
  
• Drive residents as needed, ensuring safe transportation for errands, appointments, or leisure activities
  
• Manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism at all times
  
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, correspondence, and household documentation
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a personal assistant or butler in private residences or luxury hospitality settings
  
• Strong background in household management, including supervising staff and coordinating household operations
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
  
• Experience in event planning and residential hosting to create memorable experiences for guests
  
• Skilled in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, laundry, and general property upkeep
  
• Ability to cook meals or coordinate culinary services that meet high standards of quality and presentation
  
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; comfortable driving residents safely in various settings
  
• Experience with childcare is preferred; capable of providing attentive child supervision when required
  
• Exceptional customer service skills combined with a discreet approach to handling confidential information
  
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous for understanding guest-centric service standards
  
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple responsibilities

Pay: $45.00 per hour
