NetSuite On-Site Functional Consultant – UAT Support

Role Overview

Client: OSI Digital

Duration: 6–8 weeks, with possible extension

Start Date: First week of October

OSI Digital is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to provide hands-on support to business users during UAT and through go-live.

This person will work closely with end users to guide testing, answer functional questions, troubleshoot issues, document defects and gaps, coordinate with project teams, and assist with user training and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to end users during UAT.
• Guide users through assigned test scenarios and NetSuite business processes.
• Answer functional questions and demonstrate proper system usage.
• Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, process, data, workflow, or user error.
• Document defects, gaps, enhancement requests, and testing blockers.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to drive issues to resolution.
• Retest fixes with end users and confirm successful resolution.
• Assist users with transactions, workflows, test data, and expected results.
• Track UAT progress and outstanding issues.
• Provide end-user coaching and informal knowledge transfer.
• Support business-user training.
• Assist through go-live and help troubleshoot production issues as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Strong NetSuite functional consulting experience.
• Prior UAT and go-live support experience.
• Experience supporting NetSuite in a production environment.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot functional issues.
• Strong experience working directly with business users.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Juarez during UAT and go-live.
• Ability to provide client references for prior NetSuite production support.

Preferred Experience

• NetSuite experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing-related NetSuite processes.
• Prior experience supporting implementations from UAT through go-live.
