We are seeking an experienced Pension Administrator to join our team, supporting the day-to-day administration of pension casework and the management and delivery of exit schemes. This role is ideal for someone with strong pensions experience, preferably within defined benefit schemes, who is looking to contribute to a high-performing and collaborative environment.

Role Overview

As a Pension Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and professional pension administration services. You will support a range of casework activities and assist with the coordination and delivery of exit schemes, ensuring a high standard of service for members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pension administration casework efficiently and accurately.
  
• Support the administration of defined benefit pension schemes.
  
• Assist with the management and delivery of exit schemes.
  
• Respond to member and stakeholder queries in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and regulations.
  
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support service delivery.
  

Required Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in pensions administration.
  
• Ideally, experience working with defined benefit schemes.
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Experience supporting casework administration and scheme delivery activities.
  

Security Clearance Requirement
