Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to lead and manage complex identity and access management initiatives within our IT Services division. This pivotal role focuses on the strategic implementation and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory ecosystems. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary authority for hybrid identity architectures, ensuring seamless authentication flows and robust security protocols across production environments. This position is critical for maintaining the integrity of our digital infrastructure and facilitating secure user access.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the configuration of Microsoft 365 identity solutions, including the management of User Principal Names (UPN) and Immutable IDs to ensure accurate synchronization.
  
• Design and implement advanced authentication mechanisms, managing complex claims and authentication flows to support secure enterprise access.
  
• Establish and maintain break-glass access procedures to guarantee system availability during critical incidents or emergencies.
  
• Execute strategic rollback plans and production deployments to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  
• Serve as the technical lead for federation services, bridging on-premises Active Directory with cloud-based Microsoft 365 environments.
  
• Provide expert guidance on hybrid identity challenges, optimizing the integration between legacy systems and modern cloud services.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 5.5 to 8 years of specialized experience in IT services, with a strong focus on Microsoft identity technologies.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Identity, Active Directory, and hybrid identity architectures.
  
• Core Competencies: Proven ability to manage UPN structures, Immutable IDs, and complex claims-based authentication.
  
• Operational Skills: Demonstrated experience in production environments, including the execution of rollback strategies and the management of break-glass access protocols.
  
• Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of federation services and authentication flows within a Microsoft ecosystem.
  

Compensation

• Annual Salary: ₹10-13 LPA
