Pakistani /Indian/ Nigerian Retention Agents - Remote - Forex - Regulated

This is a remote position.

Our client is a well-established, regulated Forex and CFD brokerage with a growing international presence. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for driven, client-focused Retention Agents to join their team remotely.

This role is focused on serving the brokerage's South Asian and West African client base, so we are specifically looking for candidates who are fluent English speakers and also fluent in Hindi/Urdu, or in a major Nigerian language (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, or Nigerian Pidgin English).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building strong long-term relationships.
  
• Drive client engagement, deposits and trading activity through proactive outreach.
  
• Understand each client's needs and recommend suitable products/services, in line with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly retention and revenue KPIs.
  
• Handle client queries via phone, email and chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in the CRM.
  
• Work closely with the Sales, Compliance and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  
• Stay current on market trends and products relevant to your client base.
  

Requirements

Fluent in English, plus fluent Hindi/Urdu OR a major Nigerian language (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, or Nigerian Pidgin English).
Experience in Retention, Sales, or Customer Service within Forex/CFD, financial trading, or another regulated financial services environment is preferred, but strong candidates from other client-facing sales backgrounds are welcome to apply.
Solid understanding of the client lifecycle and retention strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working remotely and independently, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet home-office setup.
Prior experience with CRM systems and reporting tools is an advantage.
