Key Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient independence and quality of life
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Requirements

Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active (or eligible) North Carolina COTA license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient-centered care
