On Trade- Sales Executive

Location- Inside Valley, Pokhara, Chitwan, Itahari, Birtamod, Bharatpur & Butwal

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-focused High-End Sales Executive to develop and manage partnerships with on-trade and institutional accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, clubs, event venues, and other institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and develop relationships with on-trade and institutional customers.

• Identify and acquire new accounts and business opportunities.

• Drive sales, product placement, visibility, and brand execution.

• Manage customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.

• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth market execution.

• Support events, activations, and institutional partnerships.

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Education & Experience

• Minimum +2 qualification; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.

• Experience in AlcoBev is preferred; FMCG experience will also be considered.

• Experience in institutional, hospitality, or on-trade sales will be an advantage.
