We are looking for a True AI Forward Deployed Engineer (as coined by Palantir!) preferably with Supply Chain Domain Expertise. We are not looking for someone to run AI experiments. We are looking for someone to take AI all the way — from first conversation with a client to a system that runs in production and creates real business value. A

AI leadership role.

Anthrobyte builds production-grade enterprise AI systems for global clients across Supply Chains & Enterprise Solutions. As we scale, we need an AI leader with Supply Chain Domain expertise who can hold the full journey: presales and discovery, solution design, consulting, and end-to-end development & deployment — all as one coherent capability.

This is less a traditional technical role and more a seat at the client table. You will work directly with the CTO, founding team, and enterprise clients to define how AI is scoped, architected, communicated, and delivered inside complex organisations. You will be the person who walks into a room with a messy problem and walks out with a solution the client believes in — and then makes it real.

Own the solution. Drive it to production.

Presales & Solution Design

—    Lead the pre-sales and technical discovery sessions with enterprise and mid-market clients globally — understand their pain points, data maturity, and AI readiness before anyone writes a line of code

—    Own the solution design for AI proposals: use case scoping, high-level system design, data requirements, and ROI framing

—    Build and present compelling PoC demos, solution blueprints, and technical proposals in partnership with the commercial team

—    Respond to RFPs and RFIs with technically rigorous and commercially sharp responses that win confidence

Consulting & Client Engagement

—    Act as a trusted AI advisor to client stakeholders — CXOs, VPs of Operations, IT leaders — not just a technical vendor on the call

—    Run workshops, AI readiness assessments, and value stream mapping sessions at client sites and remotely

—    Navigate ambiguous problem spaces and help clients articulate what they actually want to solve with AI, and why it matters

—    Build long-term client relationships that translate into deepened engagements, referrals, and expanded mandates

Forward Deployment & Technical Delivery

—    Be deeply involved in deployment — not just design. Understand production constraints, integration complexity, and change management realities

—    Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure solution designs are buildable and delivered to the quality clients expect

—    Drive go-live milestones, client acceptance, and post-deployment success metrics with accountability

—    Debug, iterate, and adapt: you own outcomes, not just deliverables. If something is broken, you fix it

Solution Design & Thought Leadership

—    Define AI architecture patterns for the firm: LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, multi-modal systems

—    Stay ahead on applied AI research and emerging frameworks; bring relevant signals back to the team before the market does

—    Mentor junior AI engineers and consultants on both client engagement craft and solution architecture rigour

—    Contribute to Anthrobyte's knowledge capital — case studies, whitepapers, internal playbooks, and reusable solution accelerators

You will grow into principal technical leadership — shaping company strategy, representing AI at investor and board conversations, building and leading a growing solutions team, and defining how AI transformation is delivered across every client engagement. This is not a title — it is a level of ownership that must be earned and continually re-earned.

— 03 · WHO YOU ARE

You operate across the full stack — from model architecture to client boardroom. You simplify complex problems without losing what makes them real, and you're as comfortable presenting to a VP of Supply Chain as you are reviewing a model eval report with a data science team.

You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience (LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or advanced analytics) in production
  
• Proven presales or solution consulting track record — you win client confidence with credibility
  
• Strong storytelling: complex AI concepts made accessible to business audiences, without dumbing them down
  
• Global client exposure (US, Europe, Middle East, or SEA) and cross-cultural fluency
  
• Hands-on with Python, LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace), and cloud AI (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  
• Experience designing end-to-end AI systems: ingestion, pipelines, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
  
• Comfort in ambiguity and 0→1 environments; startup or early-stage experience preferred
