Your Responsibilities :

• Assist with the structuring and establishment of Luxembourg investment funds.
• Draft and review fund documentation, including offering documents, partnership agreements, subscription agreements and side letters.
• Assist with legal and regulatory research relating to Luxembourg investment funds.
• Support senior lawyers on transactions involving AIFs, RAIFs, SIFs and SICARs.
• Prepare corporate documentation for Luxembourg fund vehicles.
• Liaise with clients, service providers, notaries and other advisers.
• Contribute to the preparation of legal opinions and transaction-related documentation.

Your Profile :

• Master's degree in Law.
• Luxembourg legal education is an advantage.
• First experience in investment funds, banking & finance or corporate law is appreciated.
• Strong interest in Luxembourg investment funds.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
• Motivated, rigorous and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a demanding and high-performing environment.
