Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and documentation.
Coordinate with customers for installation, site visits, delivery and service activation.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Service and Installation teams.
Update customer details and onboarding status in CRM/trackers.
Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
Handle onboarding-related queries and escalate issues when required.
Conduct post-onboarding follow-ups and collect customer feedback.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Coordination or Operations.
Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
B2B services, HVAC, SaaS, home services or subscription experience is an advantage.
