About the Position
Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in a skilled nursing setting. In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to both post-acute and long-term care patients, helping them improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapy treatments under the direction of a Occupational Therapist
- Provide care to both post-acute and long-term care residents
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff
- Support a positive, patient-centered environment focused on outcomes and quality care
Schedule & Flexibility
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Department hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Open 7 days per week
