VP of Product, AI Platforms

As VP of Product for AI Platforms, you will own the complete product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Scovai's AI-powered platform capabilities—translating cutting-edge research and emerging AI/ML advancements into market-leading product experiences. You will serve as the connective tissue across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, driving unified strategy and ruthless prioritization. From defining platform architecture principles to championing responsible AI practices, your decisions will directly influence how thousands of organizations hire, develop, and augment their talent.

Deep expertise in AI governance, fairness, explainability and regulatory compliance (GDPR, EEO, HIPAA)

Proven track record building developer‑focused platforms, public APIs/SDKs and partner integration ecosystems

Hands‑on experience with MLOps, model deployment/monitoring, observability and data‑pipeline reliability (drift detection, lineage)

Strong go‑to‑market experience for enterprise SaaS (packaging, pricing, sales enablement and customer success alignment)

Experience scaling product organizations in high‑growth startups, including hiring/coaching senior PMs and instituting cross‑functional delivery processes
