Diagnostic Radiologist | Onsite or Teleradiology & Sign-On | Lakewood, NY

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist for a full-time, permanent, employed opportunity in western New York’s Chautauqua County, near Lakewood. Onsite and teleradiology opportunities are available within a growing community hospital program.

The practice offers modern imaging technology and a collaborative clinical environment. Breast imaging experience is preferred but not required. A Radiology Medical Director opportunity may be available depending on experience.

Regular schedules include Monday through Friday day shifts, no travel between sites, and weekday and weekend coverage shared equally among radiologists, averaging 1:4. The position offers no call. Specific onsite or teleradiology hours and coverage expectations will be discussed during recruitment.

The listed annual compensation range is $532,000–$600,000, depending on onsite versus teleradiology work. Sign-on bonuses are $100,000 for full-time onsite physicians and $50,000 for full-time teleradiology physicians. Uncapped productivity incentives, potential additional incentive compensation, generous PTO, CME support, and comprehensive benefits enhance the opportunity.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• American Board Eligible, American Board Certified, or Canadian Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license and necessary credentials.
• DEA certification.
• Breast imaging experience is preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and strong interpersonal skills.
