Governess

A private family based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and caring Governess to support their two daughters, aged 7 and 10.

The ideal candidate will be warm, organized, proactive, and genuinely interested in the girl’s development, education, and wellbeing.

Job Details

• Full-time, live-out
  
• Location: Meydan, Dubai
  
• Salary: Depending on experience and qualification
  
• Children: 2 girls, aged 7 and 10
  
• French is essential; Arabic is a bonus
  

Requirements

Responsibilities

•  Maintain consistent daily routines around school, homework, meals, and bedtime
  
• Liaise with schools and tutors and provide weekly progress updates
  
• Plan creative, educational, and enriching activities, including reading, arts, outings, and play
  
• Understand and support each girl's individual personality, strengths, and needs
  
• Coordinate smoothly with the nanny, helper, and driver
  
• Maintain the family’s shared calendar and coordinate children’s schedules
  Ensure smooth handovers between household staff
  
• Provide brief daily WhatsApp updates and a weekly Sunday report
  
• Support packing, routines, and activities during family travel when required
  
• Maintain a professional, discreet, and dependable approach while respecting the family's parenting style
