Front of House Assistant (Maternity Cover) - Locke London Tower Bridge As a Front of House Assistant, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see, creating a warm welcome and delivering great service throughout their stay. From check-in to check-out, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience while supporting the wider hotel operation. Deliver seamless check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest support. Share local knowledge and personalised recommendations to enhance every stay. Host our vibrant public spaces, creating a welcoming atmosphere and resolving guest queries with confidence. Provide outstanding food and beverage service across our restaurant, bar, breakfast and grab-and-go outlets. Keep our hotel looking its best, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety. Support events, hotel activations and work flexibly across departments to meet the needs of the business.
