A healthcare facility near Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its primary care team!

Pay: $55.00 - $100.00 / hourly

Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent opportunity
Monday through Friday schedule
Five 8-hour shifts per week
Opportunity to join a growing primary care practice

Family Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
Perform physical examinations and preventive health screenings
Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
Provide patient education and health counseling

Family Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of Nurse Practitioner experience in a primary care setting
Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Hampshire
BLS certification required upon hire
Strong independent clinical decision-making skills
