Retention Agent - Greece - Forex - Relocation

We're looking for an English-speaking Retention Agent to join a growing Forex/CFD brokerage in Athens. You'll manage a portfolio of existing clients, building relationships to maximise trading activity and long-term account value. Office-based in Athens — open to relocation candidates (2 months' rent + utilities paid, flights covered) and local candidates.

Must Have: Fluent/native English; Retention experience within Forex, CFD, or Crypto specifically; strong communication and relationship-building skills; target-driven mindset; willing to work office-based in Athens (or relocate).
